Day 3 at the University of Oradea

Our last day was all about turning knowledge into vision. Participants worked on SWOT analysis for their virtual businesses, challenging ideas, identifying opportunities, facing risks, and shaping concepts that could one day become real, sustainable ventures.

 

 

And then came one of the most rewarding moments of all…

Certificates in hand, smiles everywhere, and a real sense of achievement as every participant was recognized for successfully completing the training. More than attendance, these certificates represented commitment, curiosity, teamwork, and the courage to step out of comfort zones.

 

The energy, dedication, and engagement shown throughout these days made this experience truly fruitful and reminded us that learning becomes most powerful when it is shared.

This may have been the final day in Oradea, but it is far from the end of the journey.

Next stop: Berlin

 

More training, more experiences, more connections, and more growth are on the way.
